On August 23, David Greene of NPR forgets struggles of Estonia but remembers “struggles” of the “Russian minority” in Estonia.

But leave it to the wanabe…

’I’m with Andrejs in requesting the assistance of translation services for Mikus’ post - but I appreciate playing a part in the post script world record book.

Google translate can help with Yiddish, Hindi and Malay - but alas Mikus remains an unintelligible mystery…

Was the conflict only amongst the early “Latvian” intellectuals? I think that most know that the Latgalians were the “last” to accept the notion of unity. And so, can not one then expect “historical” writings which would reflect this once “remaining” reluctance.
Be it as it may, all Latvians did finally decide to unite, allowing the formation of the independent state of Latvija.

Mikus E.

P.S. It is not that Latvians are stubborn,—-for the ones who really continue to “protest”, are the ones who insist to live by a “new” way.
P.P.S. Wahabist (Vidas), now don’t allow your head to swell too much, as you are only a wanabe—-Address then yourself, the Lithuanians about unity (checking of course with an outside caliper, before and after—- might actually be an easy, quick way to lose some weight though)
P.P.P.S. Both Anita and “blunted” Andrejs still should fess-up. (And you both see yourselves as cabalists?—-Andrejs, maybe only in the old sense then?)
P.P.P.P.S. Hmmm,  but is Andrejs now (as well!—- merely a “merchant” by many different “titles”) the self-professed (expert?) Marxist exposer?

“On 9/11 that’s exactly what I would expect. Most sane people in a democratic society would expect the same.”

So this should explain why Bill Mahr (very shortly after the 9/11) stated that the US deserved this 9/11? (This “implication” was certaintly made clear by him.) But then what explains the large US public dislike in still hearing Mahr speak?—-Merchant Andrejs’ opportune “fire sale” of US public insanity?
P.P.P.P.P.S. Vidas announces…

I was proclaimed a communist at 10. A KGB agent at 16 and traitor to Lithuania at 18 when I attempted to visit.

I can see the first, not the second (oh if it weren’t for those “LYING” drop test results), and very typical of the third.
