You keep mentioning Obama as “Clueless” but somehow he has passed legislation that the Republicans tried to block from step one. I wish I could be that clueless.

Not meaning to dismiss that Obama’s European foreign policy has been so far almost entirely reactive as opposed to proactive…

If someone did manage to poll 100 Harvard educated lawyers and 100 elderly residents of the rural Midwest as to where the Baltics are - I’m thinkin’ the result would be pretty lopsided in favor of the Harvard types.

To the rural types “Baltics” might have them think of some sort of insect infestation of sensitive areas.

According to Dan Rather, formerly of CBS 60 minutes, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are Balkan states.
Who cares, aside of chekist Putin, where the Baltics are.
