At Christmas

We deck our homes with reds and green
This is the way we set the scene,
For Christmas is drawing very near,
The happy family time of every year,
We remember kindly all those with whom we
              haven’t been in touch,
We send them greetings saying we value
              them so much,
We remember the babe born in a manger,
We didn’t know Him then, but to us he’s
              no stranger,
He is the Saviour of the world,
The world that we’are wrecking as history’s
              unfurled.
But He’s promised to save us, and that He
                will do,
,So we all cherish Christmas and live life
                anew.

In the land of plenty we got gray peas and bacon. Even buttermilk. Will partake in the peas and bacon. Not a fan of paninas, so will take a pass. No fish scales. No lead. More than likely no piragi.

I was walking around last night. I saw a tree covered in snow. A car honked at me as it drove by. I think it was a hybrid. The car. Not the tree. Then again, maybe.
