3x3 camp in Kazdanga

The second 3x3 camp in Latvia this summer will take place in Kazdanga, in southwestern Latvia, from July 19-26. The 3x3 camp is a week-long cultural and social experience for whole families, as well as singles of all ages. Children spend the days at fun and educational activities, while adults attend seminars and workshops about various Latvian topics, such as folklore, politics, literature, silversmithing, woodworking and weaving. The 3x3 camps in Latvia often offer more than seminars for adults. Seminars, workshops and children’s activities are led by experts in their respective fields from Latvia and abroad. All generations come together during the evenings for more activities and, of course, singing and dancing. The camps draw many local participants and space is limited, so organizers recommend early registration. Rīgas Evanģēliskās draudzes dievkalpojums

Nākamais Rīgas Evanģēliskās draudzes dievkalpojums, ar dievgaldu, notiks 19. jūlijā plkst. 15.00 Rīgas Vecajā sv. Ģertrūdes baznīcā, Ģertrūdes ielā 8, Rīgā. Kalpos mācītāja Māra Saulīte no Austrālijas un prāvests Klāvs Bērziņš. Dievkalpojumu kuplinās baritons Gints Sterinovičs. Pēc dievkalpojuma būs sadraudzības galds baznīcas pagraba zālē ar līdzi ņemtajiem groziņiem. Svētdienas skolas nodarbības nenotiks dēļ vasaras brīvlaika.
